What is an endpoint?
An endpoint is any device that connects to your network—workstations, laptops, servers, and network devices. Mobile phones and tablets used only for email typically aren't counted.
What if I need more than 50 endpoints?
We provide custom pricing for larger environments. Contact us for a tailored proposal based on your specific infrastructure and requirements.
Are there contracts or commitments?
We require a 12-month minimum commitment for managed services. This allows us to properly onboard your environment and deliver consistent value. Month-to-month is available after the initial term.
What's the onboarding process?
Onboarding typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on environment complexity. We document your systems, deploy monitoring agents, establish support channels, and conduct knowledge transfer with your team.
What happens outside of support hours?
Critical alerts are monitored 24/7 on Professional and Enterprise plans. For Essential plans, critical issues outside business hours are addressed the next business day unless you add 24/7 critical alerting.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. As your business grows, we can upgrade your coverage seamlessly. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
